Ethics Channel

Lavrasul maintains a confidential communication channel for receiving reports, concerns, or complaints regarding inappropriate conduct, especially those that violate the company’s ethical principles, the Corporate Code of Conduct, or involve harassment, discrimination, or unfair treatment.

This channel is open to employees, suppliers, partners, and any other stakeholders directly or indirectly linked to Lavrasul. Its purpose is to promote a respectful, safe, and ethical environment for all.

Protected and confidential reporting

No one will be punished or retaliated against for submitting a report made in good faith. We guarantee the right to anonymity and the confidentiality of all information shared.

All reports are handled responsibly and forwarded to the appropriate departments, with the goal of resolving issues and preventing the recurrence of unacceptable behavior.

What can be reported?

You can use the Ethics Channel to report:

• Violations of Lavrasul’s Code of Conduct
• Suspected fraud, corruption, conflict of interest, or misuse of resources
• Cases of moral or sexual harassment or discrimination
• Practices that compromise safety, well-being, or equality in the workplace
• Violations of internal policies, compliance rules, or applicable laws
