Transparency Report
In accordance with Law No. 14,611/2023, Lavrasul S.A. — Compensados e Laminados publicly makes its Transparency and Equal Pay Reports available, with the objective of ensuring compliance with legal obligations and reinforcing our commitment to ethics, equity and social responsibility.
The data presented were generated based on the RAIS (Annual Social Information Report), for the base year of 2022. It should be noted that this information does not necessarily reflect the current situation of the company, which has undergone significant advances and transformations in its internal frameworks and policies since then.
In addition, the reports released by the Federal Government follow standardized criteria that do not consider specific aspects of our reality, such as:
• The geographical location of the company (region with a strong influence of European immigration);
• The economic sector and the nature of Lavrasul's industrial activities;
• The job structure and variable compensation, which may vary depending on the area, function, or different operating groups.
These methodological limitations may generate inaccurate or decontextualized interpretations. Still, we publish the documents as required, reinforcing our commitment to transparency - even when the data released does not accurately represent the diversity, the technical criteria, and the valuation policy of the people we follow internally.
